Although I am sure he does not flash twice to my thoughts .. this pervers has something different on his sleeve. Avoid everyone .. david
The personal was very sweet the food medium esp wobele supp missing cheese the main course was generous, but so
Mediocre food, coupled with aloof and disconcerting attitude of owner / server. we visited as a high-time celebration and had met before with the owner who seemed involved with his business. Unfortunately, this was not the case when we ate there. eating was only moderate, the squash soup was watery as if it stretched out the last rest for our group. the escargot tasty; the quiche dry and looked as if the cook had tasted ' the torf; the sea bass tasty; the dry but accompanied with a creamy sauce, so it was less remarkable, and the salmon very boiled. when we told the co-owner/server about the salmon, he nodded easily and ignored us. we then talked to the owner we had originally met, and he offered to cook another laugh. when it finally appeared, it was cooked up, but very raw in the middle. when we told the co-owner/server, he urged us to touch the salmon with our fingers to show him the heavy, boiled eating!. then he took the plate in a huff and took off. unnecessary to say we were exaggerated and more, as the bill came and instead of removing all the salmon meal cost, they were an ugly fee for fries and salat, which was not eaten, as the plate with the eating on it was removed) and only the cost of laughter removed. no apologies for two badly cooked and indefinite meals, and the fact that one of the guests had eaten nothing. it is enough to say that we will not be back. some of us are entrepreneurs in the opposite and expressed extreme dissatisfaction when this matter was dealt with (or not). too many other restaurants in the opposite, behind their product, offer great service with a smile and apologise to them if and if necessary.
Although I am not admired with French cuisine, this café/restaurant served us a very nice lunch. it was cheap and the service was friendly and efficient. alcohol was also available. a pleasant experience.
It is a very charming French bistro in the middle of downtown TO. The Cote de Boeuf is a must, the escargots are also amazing. But the Tarte Tartin is extraordinary. Definitely a place to visit in TO.
