The food was mediocre. In fairness it was ice cold since I also had to spend 30 minutes trying to getting my missing items corrected, (The incompetence of the management, succeeded only in making things worse) and make another dinner for my kid. But it wasn’t good to start. Especially not for the money. There are better options at every corner of the city these days, that serve better food and are better priced.
Me and the guys were hard at work doing some asbestos removal at the Brockton High School, which is just a little ways away. Pulled up my mobile delivery app to search for some great local food and ended up hitting a home run with this location. From the quality of the food to the freshness of its ingredients—right up to the take-out cardboard boxes, this place spends a considerable attention to detail and we surely appreciated it, La T.!
The salsas are very good; so are the burritos but they don't stand out from chains like Fat **** or Burrito Boyz. The surroundings are pretty spartan and the choice of soda may not be to everyone's taste.
We ordered torilla's, Chorizo and Mole by mail and were very satisfied. It's impossible to find fresh, authentic Corn tortilla's on the east coast so we thought we would try ordering and were not disappointed. We've been eating tortilla's every day since they arrived. We will definitely order again.
Whilst walking about Kensington and looking for something to eat, we eventually decided on Mexican, came in and happily sat outside to watch the world go by. Ordered a massive burrito, which was great value for money with a great taste from nth the chicken and the vegetarian options. If ever in Kensington, definitely try here if you want value for money and quality.
