However, when we arrived at the restaurant just a minute away, my husband had to wait for a long time before our order was finally ready. The wait ended up being much longer than just a few minutes. I would have preferred to cook the meal myself and will not be ordering from Lin Gardens again.
In my opinion, this Hakka restaurant is the best in the city in terms of value, taste, and quantity. The Manchurian Chow Mein (Red Hakka noodles) is absolutely delicious. The Kung Pao Green Beans are packed with garlic and flavor, and their hot and sour soup is delicious.
I went to this restaurant for dinner and it was amazing! I really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere may not have been the best, but if you love good food, this place is worth a visit! I had wonton soup (made with shrimp), Cantonese chow mein (a very generous portion)...and because I was hungry, I also tried the jumbo shrimp (deep fried and spicy). Overall, the food was good but nothing out of the ordinary.
Visit this restaurant for more than years. they have received the taste throughout. chilli chicken and veg manchurian balls with gravity are the best in the city.
I didnt realised that im entering a place where i am going to find a taste very close to my heart. Yes, you will get taste of typical kolkata street food. Worth mention is its plate size. You wil dare to eat alone as the...quantity per plate is huge. And price is resonable. Most interesting is you may hear golden voice of Lata Mangeshkarji as the owner is a big fan of her. Rest is experience..
