Lone Star Texas Grill - Toronto

Gotta say that I 'm a veteran of the original Lone Star on Fisher... so maybe I 'm a bit critical. The food was fine, the Margs were fine, the beer was fresh and cold, but the staff... dunno, maybe a bit too 'big city '. Anyway, nothing was wrong, nothing out of order, maybe just the atmosphere was a bit icy. Still, great food.

Great Food and great service from Brandi. Kindness and a smile are rare attributes in the service industry and she had lots of both.

There were four of us in our group. The Steak Fajitas were delicious. The restaurant wasn't too crowded for a Sunday lunch. They could improve their margaritas, but I will definitely go back for their fajitas. The burger wasn't the greatest, so next time I want to try their tacos.

I went to a restaurant with my friends for lunch on a Sunday. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table, even though most of the restaurant was empty. Our waitress was very friendly and personable. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and fries, and while the chimichanga had plenty of flavor, I would have preferred the sour cream on the side. The fries were cooked well but lacked taste. The menu was extensive, but lacked descriptions of the dishes. The restaurant was clean, and our waitress was excellent.

I was greeted by the friendliest hostess, nicknamed Chili, who made sure our seating was comfortable and even rearranged a table to accommodate my wheelchair. Our server, nicknamed Brandy, provided quick, quality service with a pleasant and helpful attitude. The manager, nicknamed Tequila, took the time to sit with us and listen to both positive and negative feedback regarding accessibility and employee performance. She showed genuine concern for improving the restaurant. Lastly, the food was fantastic. The ribs were so tender that they literally fell off the bone. Our family had a wonderful dining experience, and I am grateful for the exceptional service we received. Thank you, Terry.
