The Big Mac was tasty, with its famous special sauce, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making my visit enjoyable. The restaurant was tidy and well-kept. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because, like many fast-food establishments, it can become crowded during busy times and the service was a tad slow. Nonetheless, if you are in need of a quick and delicious meal, McDonald's remains a dependable option.
I would definitely return to this restaurant. The main drawback is its location, as there are many homeless individuals either inside or outside the establishment. There can also be a bit of a wait for your food, and unfortunately, even the simplest dishes sometimes end up being overcooked.
One of the busy McDonald's on Yonge Street, there are sometimes homeless people who hang out here. Tables are often dirty. Employees need to clean more often, and there should be better security.Food is prepared quickly, there is a lot of room for seating. Service and food is pretty standard, I like that they have a lot of self serve kiosks at this location so lineups are rare.
My main complaint with this location is the cleanliness often the floors are sticky, and there’s just a weird smell/dirty feeling when you walk into the building. Makes the food sort of unappetizing knowing the environment is
Worst experience in a McDonalds. Ridiculously slow, order wrong and when we got back to the hotel we discovered the happy meal fruit was out of date. Rude staff and most of them didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Avoid, go to KFC or Subway.
