Moretti Caffe Toronto

Similar to restoration hardware I liked it! The food and ambiance was good

This is one of many of our dining experiences at Moretti. This visit however, didn't start off so well. On a cold January Saturday evening we found the restaurant uncomfortably cool. There was a noisy fan operating that was quite annoying. The staff got on it but it did take 15 or so minutes to resolve. In addition, when a asked for tap water to our surprise we were told that for whatever reason, tap water wasn't available leaving us with no other option than to order bottledd water. This did not make us very happy! The service was great and food delicious as always.

Very quiet and intimate not busy but should be given the quality of food and staff!

The service today was not great. We waited a while to be offered a drink. Our reservations was not updated prompting a no show message. The food was fine but not once asked about it. Requested water and was forgotten. Tried to pay the bill but couldn’t find waitstaff. A quick lunch should not have taken almost 2hrs.

Food, service, and ambience were very good. We were charged for water as it’s restaurant policy they do not serve tap water. This why highly annoying and there was no valid reason given for the tap water policy.
