Pizza Hut - Toronto

The restaurant needs to hire more staff to help manage the high volume of customers during the pizza lunch buffet on weekends. Currently, there is only one staff member, Ameet, who is responsible for everything. This can be overwhelming, as the buffet tables are not being replenished quickly enough. Families with children and seniors often find themselves unable to get a slice of pizza because it runs out quickly. The restaurant manager should consider bringing in temporary cooks and attendants to help meet the demand. As the only Pizza Hut dine-in location in Ontario that offers a buffet, the management should be prepared for the influx of customers.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow and terrible. We had to ask multiple times for water after the waitress brought our soft drinks. She never came back to check on us after serving our food, and did not refill our drinks. We had to walk up to the cashier to ask for to-go boxes. Although the waitress was the only one working, the service was still bad. The food was decent and standard, with the pizza being nice and fresh.

I went to this restaurant to order pizza and sit down to eat. I placed my order in front of the cashier, everything seemed fine until I mentioned that I wanted to eat there. They informed me that the prices for takeout were different from dining in, and that I couldn't eat my takeout order there. I decided to cancel my order and went to the nearby Pizza Hut instead. I would not recommend this restaurant.

This place will cancel your order and tell you that funds will not be taken then 3 days later the charges are taken from my CC, this store and Pizza Hut Canada could care less. Find a better place to get pizza because this store is full of

Lunch Buffet was really good ?All you can eat for $13.99 can't beat that. Seems like they are the last store doing it but the experience was great. Friendly people and good food.
