Why do i sit wait for 20 mins everytime i go to you guys????... Atleast offer something for free as we wait!!!! Were all spending hard earned money with you people....kfc dose it

Sometimes I step in here and it reeks of bathroom cleaning products. Sometimes the staff is friendly but other times they are not. They've gotten better about having rice and beans, and not acting like my request is a big pain in the butt (I really do not understand how people can eat fried chicken with a side of french fries, how are you not suffering consequences afterwards). The chicken is so much better than KFC's, but why are the biscuits so dry? This is such a weird thing because corporate knows the biscuits are dry at every single location in Canada and the USA.

Chicken tenders are not up to Popeyes standard. Barely crispy and weird taste.

I've been wanting to review this specific location for so long now. I come here every now an then when I'm drunk enough to believe maybe, just maybe, they've changed. But somehow every time I come here, I spend lots of money, and still have the worst meal I've ever had in a while. It makes me so mad that I'm even dumb enough to spend my money here.Today specifically, I ordered fries and Mac and cheese with my 5 tenders and I got a very small handful of fries, and a very small very poorly made bit of Mac and cheese. I'm actually concerned the Mac and cheese may be old, and might make me sick still, it tasted SO weird.At this point I'm not sure why this location hasn't been take over by new management/gotten new employees cause it's such a good spot, but if they're not going to do that, I truly think it should be shut down. Hate to be that person but I'm really sick of wasting my time and money.

This place must be under new management or something. The chicken is disgusting and the service is below acceptable. This has turned me off fried chicken for a while now. Used to really like this Queen Street East location in the Beaches. Very sad.
