Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (Bloor & Bathurst)

I don't remember her name, but the person who took our order was very polite. Great service.

I came 20 minutes before closing time on google map 3:00am, the lady in the cashier was telling everyone they already closed. And when I told her about the time and how can she close before 3:00 am she took my order and I ordered chicken sandwich combo. The chicken i got was uncooked and there was some blood in it the bun was so dry and cold, and there was no sauce in it. I came back to do refund because the food was made angrily she told me they’re closed and they can’t refund it and it was 2:57 am. If she doesn’t want to work and accept people’s orders until 3:00 am she can just leave the job for someone else who can do it.

The waiter forgot to include utensils and Cajun cocktail sauce with my order of popcorn shrimp. What should I have expected from a Popeyes restaurant? ‍

The food served hot and well presented, but I think this place needs to be renovated, and they need to clean floor and window glass as it seems pretty dirty.
