This place is my place for obst drink in this opposite. the staff is very friendly and always ready to find a choice. the drinks are always fresh and tasty. my favorite drinks here are mango and durian. the absolute best choice! I recently ordered a custom soak order and made a mistake on my own accordion due to the sweet level. the personal could quickly adapt my drink to me. that was super service and more than I could expect.

She accused me of tapioca, then lies and instead put some mangos and sells it to me as tapioca. terrible customer service. rude slow staff. subpar .avoid as the plague

I waited 20 minutes for the incorrect order, and when I inquired about my order, they simply said, "That's what I did." This restaurant is awful - prices are too high and the employees are very rude.

I frequent this restaurant often, and the staff recognizes me so well that they start preparing my drink before I even place my order when they see me waiting in line! They are usually very efficient, but there are times when they may be busy or distracted (particularly during peak hours or when dealing with a large number of orders) and they may only have one person working. Patience is important in this small establishment.

We really hope this place shuts down.The old Chinese woman who works there is so rude and unfriendly, if you want to experience the worst customer service ever- go here.She just takes the order and ignores everything else. Even after making your order, she just puts it on the counter without telling you. The prices are also ridiculous, go across the street- there’s a place on Gerard that’s much better, and you won’t be treated like a nonhuman.People this unpleasant should not be in the service industry.
