Sampaguita Village - Toronto

The food is absolutely delicious and the service is always good in my opinion. My favourite dish that they make is Kare-kare. The restaurant could use a serious makeover; especially for the prices they charge. I understand everything has gone up since covid and will visit again; just not as frequently.

Outrageous mandatory tip! They will rob you in broad daylight! Overpriced filipino food! To top it of, nothing special with their food. My advice, go to other filipino restaurants nearby as they offer BETTER food and better prices.

An excellent Filipino homestyle place, a standout even in Little Manila. Sampaguita has a lovely, friendly, hospitable staff who were so caring and treated us like family. They accommodated our large party with no hassle, and were very nice all throughout. The food is incredible! You could put a blindfold on and order anything and it’s going to be fantastic. For specific recommendations: lechon kawali, sinigang, and lumpiang shanghai. Such a good place!
