This place is amazing! It exceeded my expectations. The dish is sticky, with just the right amount of soy flavor that isn't overly sweet. The portion size is reasonable, and I would definitely order it again.

The cake is just the right amount of sweetness and tastes very fresh.

Surprised to see negative reviews here I had a good visit.Had made the visit to get the infamous mochi wrapped gelato, only to find out it’s only available at the Markham location ? Ended up getting their Mochi Bubble instead, and was impressed by its quality and taste!Extremely stretchy (mochi haha), delicious, and *not too sweet*Paid about $13 for two mochi bubbles, which I say is very reasonable price!I’d visit again when I’m nearby!

I don't have a problem with their cakes but they got the most scam promotion ever. It is 6.99 for a box of moon cakes for in store, so when I went to pick up my cake I asked for the promo. They said it has to be in store... are you kidding me? Come on the store barely has anything to buy and I'm not gonna do walk in and expect a cake or drive here twice to order the cake... That promo might as well not exist.

They cancelled my order for no good reason. I ordered boxes of mooncake for my friends and family because of a promo. Before pickup, they cancelled without issuing a reason. Now the items are full price. Very sneaky. Disappointed in this behaviour. ???
