Starbucks - Toronto

I order a flat white all the time. It's my drink. I always ask for it warm. Not hot, not scalding hot, but warm. Lately it's been correct about 50% of the time.The milk tastes burned,like my tongue is right now.Also, pretty sure the flat white is not supposed to have any foam, and I've got 3/4 of an inch of foam.I'm so disappointed ?. Lots of money for a subpar product

Patrice is actually the best. Never been here before and yet I felt like i knew her. As soon as she saw me she smiled as if it wasn’t 8 in the morning. Made my morning. Give her a raise!

I ordered a hazelnut latte with lite ice and there wasn’t even a drop of hazelnut syrup in it. And similarly for my friend she ordered an iced matcha latte and there was no flavour of matcha too. But i went back in and i think his name was Bryan he helped me out so I’m happy.

Drinks always made perfect, with awesome service. Shoutout to Ashley for being super awesome !
