Understaffed! Visited this store around 8:30 pm and there were around 10 people in the line and just one staff in the store. Only one person to serve the customers taking the online orders and cashing them. One person during the dinner time in a store like subway is ridiculous! However, I got the upmost customer service from the employee, Kavya. I really appreciate her ability to work under pressure. She nailed it! Please hire more staffs!!
I couldn’t tell you because I’m sitting here for over 25 minutes waiting to pay because the store doesn’t know how to reboot their cash register.
I’m so sick of going to this location and having to watch the staff like a hawk, to make sure they’re practicing proper hand hygiene when making my sub. Coming from the back and washing their hands with ONLY water is GROSS. What is the issue with using soap at this location? Too many times I’ve walked out of the line after noticing this. Rationing soap. This is just wild to me.
Yet another fast food franchise asking me to tip their staff.This is not a thing, I don't know where you people heard that this is a thing, but it's not.How come in 2023 all of a sudden Subway is asking me for a freaking tip.Will not be coming back to this location, you have already lost a customer that used to come to this location twice a week. I am sure others are.Any places like this that ask for a tip, I don't return to, you guys are out of your minds.
