Swiss Chalet - Toronto

Will never go back. It was advertised as a dining room. It is a take out place with a few tables . It was loud and had roughly 25 delivery people waiting around for orders . My chicken was undercooked. The staff was pleasant enough. But still not an enjoyable dining

The head staff( asian lady) is extremely rude dosent have respect for other human

I find the food at Swiss Chalet to be predictable, but the prices have gone up. I usually only go when there are promotions happening. The ambiance is not the best, so I usually opt to get takeout instead.

I have had several unprofessional encounters with the delivery drivers, whom I found to be aggressive. I have lodged numerous complaints, with the most recent being regarding his insistence on receiving a tip. When will the management recognize these recurring issues and opt to assign a different delivery person?
