I typically enjoy Swiss Chalet at most of their locations because you always know what to expect and the quality is consistently good.

The quality of Swiss Chalet has declined. I had their food this evening and the chicken leg was undercooked and the rice was extremely tough, like rubber.

I was hoping for better presentation. I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich with a Caesar salad, but the plate looked a bit empty.

A reasonable wait time at their Take Out Counter.....but it unravels from here:The cash person (male) had his trendy bangs styled outside / over his hair net.Or...

I went in for the festive special, paid and sat on the bench. I pulled my phone out to look at it and they said my order was ready! They must have been waiting...
