T-bones Sizzling Steaks Burgers Drive-in

Beware. This place sells pre-cooked heated up burgers from who knows what time. I asked the guy why the burger only took 3 minutes to cook, he says they pre-cook them so I asked for a fresh one and told him I don’t mind waiting. This place is really filthy inside, and they use the same tongs for pork and other food. The only upside is they are 24h but honestly just watch them make your food.

I went at 5:00 and they had no cook! I got fish and chips, the batter on the fish was half raw and the fish was chewy. The fries were warmed up at best. As for the decor the table was very sticky and you could write in the dust near the potted plant.I was really looking forward to a steak dinner.

The food was good, but it was over hyped. The burgers are really filling, but a large poutine is barely a side. Atleast for takeout. My family used to go here when they lived in Toronto so when we got the chance to try it i jumped at the chance. But I was not impressed.

A staple in Scarborough a 24hr greasy spoon . I usually get the homemade burger , it’s huge but a little on the salty side. Or a new strip special . They do a good job grilling . It’s good for the price I believe the special steak dinner is $25 . Fast and sometimes the only thing open . Being going here for decades , it’s really good after a night or partying to get some protein and carbs in to absorb the libations of the night! Oh just tried the fish and chips for the first time ! It’s good . It’s cod !

I Don't know how this place managed to get 4 stars? from people that think Ottawa is exotic maybe... Me and my Mate drove 45 mins to grab steaks. The place is a little dated but cozy. the staff were busy but still remained friendly and polite. 52$ for 2 steaks isnt bad. However, Sticky tables and the thin mostly fat steaks (both) made it not worth the 40 minute drive. I'm sure T-Bones has been better in the past, and can be better in the Future. Y'all still got time to come up to former glory.
