Taco Bell - Toronto

Trying taco bell for the first time, it was pretty okay, at least the employees were very nice.

The chicken in my taco was dry to the point of being chewy. No bueno.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a taco bell. The fountain drink machine was broken, so they offered me a can of Pepsi instead ?I asked for some a the fire sauce and they didn't have any. My steak burrito only had 5 tiny pieces of steak which were hard dry stringy and black. It also did not contain any amount of cheese. My steak burrito also have 2 holes in it and was leaking everywhere. I wondered why this would happen but then realized it was because the tortilla was old and hard like cardboard. My fries supreme had almost no cheese or beef. (Like 1 tablespoon of each) as well as 6 pieces of diced tomato.(yes I counted them)Pathetic service, inexcusably bad food. 10/10 avoid this location. I will never return.

They stole an item from me knowingly I had a large order

It was a pleasant experience and the food was delicious.
