The Cheesecake Factory - Toronto

Why is the terrace closed on a beautiful day on Monday (august 1/22), while we pray for a terrace on a perfect day? they know that the toronto is and the terrace season is short. in the meantime at 16:00 there is a waiting time of 1 hour and 40 minutes and safe enough the waiting time is up and they wonder if some other guests are slotted without waiting, especially when I see empty tables inside. every time I go, it's always the same waiting time as if that's the specified standard time. as cheesecake factory patron for many years of eating in florida on the top of yorkdale, I don't think I'm going to eat again. it seems only an inappropriate time to wait. I know the people can buy, but we often have the mall weekly and we also have small children waiting.

Easily one of the best pasta I have tried to date. Super big portion. The quality of ingredients were nice and fresh. Ambience was great and very helpful staff. The cheesecake selection was huge, I had a hard time choosing which ones to try as I wanted to taste all of them. The cheesecake I ordered definitely didn’t disappoint. I wish there were small servings of them to taste all of them. I would definitely come back when I visit the city again!

I love these Cheesecakes! Every time I visit Toronto I drop by to grab one of the cheesecakes on the menu. Today my family joined me for lunch and we had a great time. The place is always busy so there’s some waiting involved but the service was spot on and the food was great.

Half the menu isn’t available, was left at the table for over 20 minutes before my order was taken after driving 7 hours for dinner…. Quality has gone down significantly and the service was horrible

For lunch, we went to Cheesecake Factory this lazy Sunday. We arrived by 11am to avoid the crowd and prolonged lineups. Turns out they have already started services at 10am, but all is good with immediate seating available. Customers have to scan your phone for online menu. We decided to try their lunch menu and we ordered meatloaf, Shepard’s pie, fish chips along with grilled salmon off their lunch menu. Those all turned out great!
