I am writing this review with sadness, as this restaurant has been a favorite of ours for many years. However, tonight's meal was a letdown. The pasta was...
I went to this restaurant for breakfast on a Saturday and ordered the Amelia ($19) and the St. Lawrence Classic ($16). One good thing about this place is that there is plenty of seating, although we were not given the best...
Awesome experience of superb Service by an Irish lass. Good food for this one stop over while in Toronto. Service outweighed the plates in front of us. Good selection to please everyone but not for every day occasion. If you lost in Toronto go there. Don't make an effort to find it. Any similar place will do. This review is directed at the service rather than food. Service was attentive, timely and exceptional. Cheers!
The worst service ever! 15 minutes before we saw a menu, 40 minutes until we were asked for our order (after I had to ask for service) , 1 hour and 5 minutes until we were served. No one ever asked if our meals were ok. I had asked to speak to a manager, he never showed so I searched him out. Had to literally get up a second time to find a server to order a second bottle of wine. When manager finally came to our table he did nothing to make our experience better. Did not even offer a coffee!! Food was actually good, but for a $25 Cobb Salad one would expect at least close to the size of a chicken breast. There were maybe 6 bites of chicken ripped off the chicken, not even sliced. The only good thing is that their patio is nicely shaded. The serving staff are terrible! Sorry I do not recommend at all
