The Tea Room - Toronto

Lovely traditional afternoon tea with sandwiches, mini quiches, two types of scones and a selection of sweets. On the weekends it’s automatically a champagne tea. The champagne was very nice, worth the extra charge. Everyone gets their own pot of tea chosen from a large selection. Service is attentive and gracious and servers are knowledgeable and friendly. There are several different rooms for the teas all done in different colors. We were in the purple room which is quite grand. The food was absolutely delicious. A wonderful experience.

High tee was disappointing for the $75/pp. sandwiches were soggy and moderate in taste, desserts had little variety, elements of cheapness: regular spoons to stir tee, not crawling to fit the setting, paper packages from zucker vs cube / final serving, elevators needed to go the washrooms in dirt repair. Interac machine does not work due to internet/connection problems. the personal has done their best, this seems to be mgmt problems / lack of investment

It was extraordinary. if they are looking for an unforgettable experience, this is worth it. our server was attentive, but not overlaid. everything was delicious and fresh. I'm back.

Perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! The ambiance is gorgeous, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable!
