The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro

Mediocre Burger Fuge run from a pale. Don't pay a card when you're here. Only cash. You do not know how to use your card machine and I was calculated twice for my meal. When I called them to correct it, the manager pretended that it was impossible for him to issue a refund and said I had to call my credit card and cancel the transaction. This means canceling my credit card without going one for weeks until the replacement comes, and then all the services need to update where my old card was stored. I seem to have to go through everything just because the manager doesn't want to do basic operations that all card services are capable of. He seems to be cheating on the phone that he can keep my money illegal. I tried to go over his head and call the regional director. The regional director said he would solve the problem within 24 hours and then did nothing. Where do they get the idiots who run these barely better than fast food connections?

I was at a concert in the park and happened to be near The Works restaurant. I ordered a chicken breast burger called the "Son of a Beech", a beef burger called "Beef Blues", and sides of sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli. The staff were very friendly, taking my order and even offering me a glass of water while I waited. The food was prepared quickly, but not rushed. Although the burgers were on the smaller side for the price, they were packed with flavor! They also generously included extra spices in the takeaway bag. The quality of the food was excellent and the prices were fair. While $45 for a burger dinner for two may seem a bit high, I believe it is worth it for the delicious meal we had.

Calls for pickup on 03/13/2021 One of our favorite burgers. We live 30 minutes away, but we travel the distance for the delicious burgers they make here. Cudes in the kitchen for making the delicious food they serve, my wife is gluten... and milk unbearable and yet she has enjoyed the many possibilities she is offered. Here comes the disappointing part, in front of the house lacks in many ways, she missed on my milkshake with the order to go and a salad dressing (I was a server, I did it mistakes if there were tons of orders) we did not realize that the milkshake was missing until we return home. Server corrected it by one for picking up the next day. On Google are the timings of the restaurant of the current so that I there and its closed, the sign on the door says that restaurant changed hours are 11 to 9 a.m. (no mention of certain days). I try again on Monday at 8 a.m. and his closed, I called her immediately if I lacked something, but no answer. So far, I have traveled 2 hours for absolutely nothing and I have to go for a crazy milkshake again! His bad administration that made my dinner experience that we look forward to a really frustrating!

That's not McDs, so the burgers take some time. What you want is what you get. A good tasting burger with which options you choose. Take off only during the shutdown.

This place is pretty fun. They are branded very well (like a construction site) and, despite the blue collar look, they're quite polished in their execution. The day I visited, they were short-staffed and things were slow. They explained that and managed our expectations up...front, however, so it wasn't a big deal. The food itself was pretty good, and I was impressed by the sheer number of choices available. The descriptions certainly make you want to try more, though the calories would be astronomical. Still, for a great burger with lots of choices, give this place a shot!
