Contribuisci feedbackThere was a lady name sudha, i order fresh steap tea she started shouting i have it i m not gonna make it fresh it wasn’t fresh, i told her many times she shout for no reason you can check your cameras or whatever you have. She had airpod on she was talking on phone is it allowed on work having airpods on and talking while work.
My most recent visit to Tim Hortons was quite disappointing. I ordered a medium French vanilla, but was dismayed to find that the cup I received was only filled slightly more than halfway. I felt like I had paid for a medium but received a small instead. When I asked for an extra cup, the staff member at the drive-thru seemed annoyed and then proceeded to explain their policy of charging an extra $0.10 per cup, which was unnecessary and abrupt. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory and made me question the level of service at this location.
Stopped by at 4:30 am to get farmers wrap sandwiche. The lady told me they don’t have farmers wrap because their hash brown is not ready. Then I asked for decaf Coffee, she said we don’t have decaf because no body drinks decaf!!! I was shocked so I left the store to go to another location!!!
I frequent this restaurant often, but one of their staff members is rude and lacks basic manners. If he doesn't want to work, it's better for him to stay at home. Today, when we asked him to change his gloves, he became frustrated and started arguing. It's important for the restaurant to monitor how their employees interact with customers.
I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. The employee making bagels refused to change his gloves and was very rude. I was surprised by the lack of basic manners from the staff.
