Very classy workers here tonight. My friend got hurt at the school next door and I just came in 5 min ago to ask for ice for her head. They shrugged and said they have no bags. Are the bagel bags behind you not plastic ??Jolly bee across the street didn’t even think twice. They hire normal compassionate people.
I never wrote a review, but I had to for this situation.Today (June 9, 8am), as I was about to pay my order, one of the workers did not ask me for my points and proceeded to scan a sticker that is taped to the clear acrylic board. I was surprised, as this is clearly points theft. I’m not even sure if this is part of Tim Horton’s policy. I called the worker out by asking whose points was scanned as I also noticed it on the screen, the worker mentioned they “don’t know” even when I asked about the taped out sticker that got scanned. This was very disappointing.For all customers watch out. Also watch out if you do present your card, if your card was scanned or the sticker that is taped to the clear acrylic divider, as the sticker is next to the scanner….Should further details be requested by management, I can be reached out.
There’s hardly any place to sit here. Takeaway is the best option
This Tim Hortons is usually not busy buy at 12 kids from all the schools around the area go here and it becomes packed, so if you order then expect waiting a while for your food.
