I bought a cup of ice coffee. After I scanned point card, I found the balance was zero, that indicated I got a free coffee, but the cashier changed it immediately, and asked me to pay, then I paid. That was terrible.

You can’t lock the washroom doors. That’s so gross and unsafe. When I informed the staff they didn’t even try to fix it or do anything about it. Never going to a Tim’s again because of this. Starbucks is better.

I could have given a negative star if i could, i got a hazel nut cold brew with sweet cold foam and it tastes disgusting as if the cold brew and cold foam are expired. If you dont have it fresh, dont serve it
