Went in for lunch on Sunday. Incredibly slow service on all fronts. There were only 2 people in front of me and it took almost 20 mins before I got my order of a single chicken bowl. Staff milling about looking confused on what they needed to do. Would recommend more staff training here and better processes in place.They also only had chicken soup, not even chili available. And when I was served the chicken bowl the packaging was dirty. Very unappetizing.
I stop at this location whenever I work at a near by condo. I grab coffees and muffins for the building concierge, super, custodian and manager from here. The staff is so rude, I always say please and thank you...never in the past 3 months have I received a courtesy response from any of the staff. Further, they get upset when I ask for the muffins to be place in individual bags.
Worst Tims I ever went to. They say it is out of stock after billing.
Very bad service, employees are not helpful at all and don’t know what they are doing, you go in its not clean and you don’t want to buy anything, am a big fan of Tim Horton but this place will avoid no matter
