Eating is too expensive for quality. the pasta dishes were fantastic and yet small. the appetizers and desserts were at best sub par.

Had a child with us who is a picky meal. wing out of her way to even take this outside the menu. mushroom ravioli was dying. will be reordered.

Ordered drinks, eating and broth to begin and the waitress brought cold brot. she asked for a warm, brought another cold. I told her the third time and nothing came back. at this time it was good over 1 hour of waiting and we have no drinks. there were tables that stand up and go because nobody was served with food or drinks. we have risen and gone. expects more from an Italian restaurant in yorkville. would never go back here.

The service was terrible. we were waiting for someone who even noticed us for almost half an hour. server came by in a hurry and threw something cute in the table and quickly took the order no recommendations or asked us if we wanted to drink something first. eating came very small portions maybe 8 ravioli, we have 2 salads and 2 pasta and no drinks and it was good over 100- super experience for portion size. waited half an hour for the bill. overall no great experience. would not return.

Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We asked for water multiple times and after the fourth time, someone in our party got up with a jug, went to the bar and refilled it ourselves. Not only that, but we also served other tables water, because they were waiting too. One meal came with steel wool in it. We were told it would be replaced right away and it took 25 minutes. We were there for a birthday and called ahead about bringing a cake in. They never even brought us forks or a knife. Again, we took matters into our own hands and got up and got them ourselves after asking multiple times. It took an hour to get the bill and there were only 3 parties in the restaurant. The manager was wearing crocs. We asked to speak to the owner and were told no. I would never go back nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. They have a photo of David Schwimmer on the wall, but there is no way Ross would ever approve of this.
