Bell Street Fish And Chips - Torquay

I ordered a simple meal of fries, blue grenadier, and a potato cake at this restaurant. The service was quick and friendly, despite it being a busy Saturday lunchtime. The food was delicious, although a bit greasy. The fries were crispy and better than other fish and chip shops. The prices were a bit high, but that's typical for a popular tourist town. I would definitely return, as I give it a four out of five rating. I rarely give a perfect score.

I recently had the best fish and chips I've had in a long time! The fish was not oily at all, with a thick piece of flake that was lightly battered. The chips were super crunchy as well. I would definitely give this restaurant a 5-star rating.

Love it! The produce is fresh, and they know how to cook it. Just finished a lunch for two, consisting flathead tails, prawns, and a minimum chips. Crisp, delicious chips, succulent fish and prawns never overcooked. Our go to spot for a quick treat, always eaten at the stunning foreshore reserve at the end of the street.

Bit of a Renovation in the last couple years but overall same quality fish and chip. The chips size is about average and the fish is plenty for the average lad.

Delicious, fish was super fresh, shop was clean and well presented, and most importantly the food was not oily. Will be back!
