Contribuisci feedbackOverall, I usually enjoy dining at Carl's Jr, as it is one of my favorite fast food burger places. However, this particular visit was disappointing. I ordered a combo meal, which was prepared quickly and the restaurant was clean. When I went to get my lemonade, I found that the machine was not turned on. The staff turned it on for me, but the lemonade was very watered down, with just a hint of artificial flavoring. The fries were also undercooked and limp, rather than crispy and golden as expected.
The food was delicious and the drinks were very refreshing. The prices were reasonable and the drinks were also very refreshing. The restrooms were clean and the employees were fantastic.
This restaurant turns the concept of "fast food" into a joke. Severely understaffed and only doing the absolute minimum. When requesting a refund, the service became even slower. This establishment is in desperate need of a complete overhaul.
Carl's Jr. it's drive thru fast food. Yes, we have had problems in the past. We had ordered using the app, and arrived at the location, only to find they'd closes early, and we were unable to get the food that we'd ordered and paid for. So now, when we go there an hour or two before closing, we drive there before placing our online order, just to make sure they're actually open. Is it worth the trouble? For me and Mr. S., it most certainly is! They have great deals on the app, plus we accumulate points. Those add up to a free burger here and there. Foods we love at Carl's Jr. include: chicken stars, fried zucchini, California Classic burger, and Western Bacon chzburger. Their shakes are pretty good, too! We love it the most when the food is made fresh.
So I’m after my last experience at this location. I will not be return Thursday night, the cashier by the name of Juliana was ruuuude was hell. Give us the wrong receipt went back to the drive thru window to explain that we were giving the wrong one and rudely snitched it out of my friends hand didn’t say sorry. At that point I was over it and went home. I also happend to work in customer service and I don’t treat customers or clients like that. Y’all lost a customer for life.
