Chick-fil-a - Torrance

Great quiet spot with a huge outdoor area. great to wind down from a day of shopping at del amo across the street or to gather with a party.

We ordered extra well fries as we do in the branch near to our house, and they said this branch is different and they don’t do fries like that, basically they can’t fry fries for a little longer. There’s no napkins, ketchup, etc. available in the dining area, the chicken burgers look smaller, I feel like buying an expensive meal, maybe that’s the impression of the lack of service and napkins. If you can go to the branch in Crenshaw and sky park you’ll see the difference.

Absolute best Chick-fil-A in the south bay! Always get the best service.

Quality at Chick-fil-A seems to be suffering everywhere. Second bad experience here, tough chicken likely under heat to long and cold fries cooked in dirty grease. I am done with Chick-fil-A.
