Chili's Grill - Torrance

Sat in the bar waited over 20 minutes only to be served ice cold boneless wings and fries which I promptly returned. Spoke with the manager who seemed quite unbothered about my concerns. Needless to say I won't be returning. I understand it's a chain restaurant but what happened to the service element?

Unfortunately Bad service this evening , not even busy ... our waitress has been socializing in the bar area and she forgets our drink order it's sad ,poo hostess has been picking up the slack : .... Oh well..:

I went to have a bite to eat and all I ordered was an appetizer and a soup And I waited over 45 minutes to receive it. I got there at 4pm and I wasn't busy at all They were only seating the left side. Lady came in after me with her kids and mother, She ordered a lot more food than I did and she got her food before I did. I just feel that it's very unacceptable for an appetizer and a soup to take over 45 minutes. The waitress I didn't have an issue with (didn't get her name) when I called to talk to the manager Claiming her name was karma and hung up on me I wasn't even finished talking. The reason why I left to call was because I'm pregnant and needed out of the place was already getting upset.

My family and I came to this location on 7/10 . Our server name was Darnell . He was very kind patient . He made our trip a good one and I hope when we return he's our server again . Thanks Darnell

Excellent service with good prices to boot. The food is always good. Would recommend.
