I love my caramel macchiato from Starbucks Macys 3rd floor!!Clean cozy place, especially the person named Ms Mia is just wonderful!!She welcomes every clients with such a nice kind smile. She makes this place even brighter!! Thank you very much Ms Mia!!

Shoutout to Nathan and Irene who make my Starbucks experience worth while when I pop in! They are more than happy to help if there’s an issue and make the drinks accurately, which I appreciate!There are things that I understand are out of their control, so I am mindful of that. But I wish some of the other teammates were just as helpful and accurate — this the 4 stars.

Hannah was very rude I waited 20 mins for pikes place brew. When I got my coffee it was cold at best warm. She didn’t care she told me that’s how it is… I am a faithful Starbucks customer and I understand and know coffee. The disregard for my concern is what got to me… Never ever has this this kind of attitude and behavior happened to me at Starbucks. Really took my morning off to a bad start! The supervisor was not available either they said she’s on a break… I am completely disappointed with morning staff at Starbucks del amo. I only came here because it’s the closest Tesla charging station near me…. If I could give zero for service I would!

Was excited to have an iced coffee with the new nugget ice and realized later that the there was a bug frozen into the ice! I was grossed out after that and dumped my entire drink out! Talked to someone on chat and was able to get my refund.
