Tender Greens - Torrance

Ordered the dish with Chipotle BBQ chicken, spinach for the green, and fed rice for the side as well as half order of hot coffee. For beginners, the coffee comes in a French press that is beautiful. But what the pot made was a clear brown liquid that had no taste, only hot water. Next, the rice I ordered was Luke warm and had hard stones, cracked my teeth on a few bites. The Spinat salad was good, no complaints there. But then we have the chicken. The chicken was three tiny slivers of dry, cold, unobstructed meat. I spent $18 on everything. Very disappointed, as this was my first time delicate green. In addition, the place does not accept cash? I thought this place cooks to order meals, but I guess they just throw food on your plate that's been sitting outside for hours. Because my food tasted like this today

The food here is amazing, and service is excellent! The prices for the quality of food and services are on point. The only complaint is that I feel like I'm paying regularly sitting restaurant (i.e., service with a widower at your table) prices for counterservice. A proposal for management, please update your signage. If you go to the restaurant, you have a large (very describing) menu left on the wall. On the right is a monitor that looks like a register for the order. If you look up as you go in, there are 2 shields on the ceiling that display pick up, guys lead to multiple registers. This is in fact where you order for Dine-in, as well as where you go to get an online mobile order. Management, if you read this, please at least update your signage to read pick up order .

Every time I eat here, is everything so fresh and delicious?. Very healthy options, and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. Love it?.

Today an order for pickup at 12:30 and received it not until 1:25. When I finally got the order, it was done wrong. I ordered a Togarashi salmon dish with a cabal salad instead of cucumber salad. In an effort to correct their mistakes, they have made it new. But the woman who put orders on the line, there was almost no rice in the container. Instead of catching fresh rice, I saw them pick up the container right in front of me and literally started scraping the inside of the container for rice and then stuck in my bowl. The rice I got was so old and muddy that it's just a blob I can pick up with my hand. They also didn't give me the right salmon and it should come with a spicy Mayo dressing. No one apologised me and they charged me $17 for my bowl. will not go back

Today I decided to give this location another chance! Unfortunately the fried chicken and steak were not cooked with love! I asked for my steak to be cooked rare! When I got home it was well done! I can?t eat a steak well done there is no flavor. My friend got the fried chicken and bit into it and it was all crust. The mashed potatoes weren?t even good. I?m sorry! I gave this location too many chances.
