Alaya Retreat Centre

We had a delicious lunch at Alaya Retreat Centre, the veggies where fresh from the garden in front of us and the delicious eggs are delivered from the chicken that have their house into the vineyards. The garden is truly beautiful, there are fruits trees as cherry, medlar, almonds and parsimmon and salad gardens with Tao and infinite shapes. Leo the chef prepared a delicious and scenographic pink beetroots hummus that surprised us.

Our lunch was amazing. Absolutely delicious food and sitting under a caqui tree overlooking the vineyards and the vegetable garden while sipping local organic wine was exactly what we needed after the big city. At only 45 minutes from Barcelona we found this oasis !!
