10/10, venir aquí me hace sentir tan relajada. Es un excelente lugar para pasar un fin de semana en pareja. La atención es increíble y el lugar es hermoso. Los precios son muy accesibles. Gracias por su servicio, espero volver pronto.

Un maravilloso hotel para vacaionar

1. Limited Availability in Adult Section: Initially, we aimed to book a room in the adult section, but it was said “sold out” despite observing only a few couples there during our stay. 2. Lack of Transparency with Credit Card Holds: We were surprised by a $500 per day hold on our credit card, which was never mentioned during booking. 3. Inconsistent Food Quality: The food experience was quite erratic; one day we'd enjoy great meals, but the next day left us disappointed. Overall very overpriced 4. Pricey Wine by the Glass: The hotel offered wine by the glass at an astonishing $45, while the retail price for a whole bottle is around $40. 5. Mixed Service Quality: Service seemed to be hit or miss, suggesting room for improvement in consistency and quality. 6. Stunning Room and Property: On a brighter note, the room and the property itself were truly remarkable, offering an excellent overall ambiance. 7. On second day when we arrived to adult pool section we discovered that it was booked for private event and unavailable. No notification, no nothing..
