Pans Company A8 Sul - Torres Vedras

Nice rest stop especially by American standards. There is a sandwich shop that looks a lot like Subway and the coffee shop had decent espresso. The prices are in line with other rest stops in the area. The Bathrooms are reasonably clean.

The Pans Company food was OK. The service of one of the waitress was terrible and the food of the bar near Pans Co. were unreasonably overpriced. I would only order in the Pans Co. window if I go there again. Also, WC were all wet and incredibly dirty. I wouldn’t recommend stopping if you’re thinking about having just a cup of coffee and a sweet. Got charged 3,25€ for a little apple pie’s piece. Indecent.

This place is proof that being a franchise shop doesn't have to mean you can't have really good service. Everyone was nice and efficient. A sharp contrast with A1 service stations...
