Bella esperienza! Hotel a 10 stelle! Gentilezza, cortesia, pulizia, servizi, cucina, camere e personale erano tutti eccellenti! Scoprirlo è stata una sorpresa meravigliosa, non abbiamo mai trovato un hotel con tanta attenzione ai dettagli! Congratulazioni a coloro che la gestiscono e il personale eccellente! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Camere: Camere perfettamente pulite dotate di tutto il necessario, spaziose e luminose. Bevande alimentari: La cucina è incredibile! Ogni volta un piatto diverso e superbamente cucinato! Attenzione ai più piccoli dettagli. Pesce estremamente fresco e carne tenera, primi piatti eccezionali e mille piatti laterali! I spent a holiday at this hotel in August 2023, I was very satisfied. I would say excellent in everything, starting from the location not far from the sea, to the friendliness and professionalism of the owners, in particular compliments to Mrs Mariella who is very good at managing everything and taking care of details, the simple but quality cuisine with a wide choice both at lunch and dinner to which I would add a truly super breakfast made by the pool, the best way to start the day well. I also appreciated the accommodation, a spacious room that was always tidy and clean, as were the common areas of the hotel. 4 star hotel but it deserves more! 6 floors, 2 lifts, standard rooms a little smaller but with everything you need, large bathroom and shower with soap and shower gel offered, the only flaw is there are no wardrobes or chests of drawers. Just little men to hang from an etrangere, but we survived just fine. The comfort rooms are larger and have a wardrobe. Everything very clean. The restaurant is simply magnificent, the food is amazing, plentiful and always varied, 4 first courses and 4 second courses to choose from at midday and evening, waters to taste. Special menu for children. The Maitre d', Mr. Pino, spoils you. The breakfast is gargantuan! Pool always perfect. Aperitif offered at midday on Thursday and Sunday. Beach a stone's throw away. Free parking. Evenings with music in the garden. Animation. Try the splitz prepared by Mr. Night porter. Magnificent! A special eye for small children. Possibility to take bicycles. The first hour is free. And... everything was perfect until the last day of opening. If it hadn't been for the weather, but here we can't do anything about it, everything would be fine. Ah, the price is more than fair. Advised. Walkability: Tortoreto offers little but the walk along the sea is quite long.
