El Ruedo Tossa De Mar

El Ruedo had been on a our list of regular places to visit for a late morning drink on our annual holidays to Tossa. Indeed it was I who got them added to Tripadvisor several years ago to praise them. Sadly not any more. We visited late morning in the first week of our holiday and were pleased with the service, nice cold drinks, clean toilets and free customer wifi. The second time we went, it was around 11. 30, it was a weekday and not market day but found the place was set up for diners, not casual soft drinks customers. We we told we could just stand by a barrel table near the barbecue. Hardly conducive to relaxing. It was by no means busy, less than a quarter of the tables were occupied, and it being Spain it would have stayed like that for at least the next hour, which would have been long enough for us. Instead we were left with the option of staying and feeling like an inconvenience, or taking our custom elsewhere. You can guess which option we chose. We got a much better welcome at La Granja Patisserie diagonally across the road, so that's where will get our business in future.

Called here a couple of times for drinks and tried their pancakes which were lovely so decided to have lunch....we had half a roast chicken with chips and roasted peppers..8€ inc a drink...daughter had burger fries and a drink..all cooked to perfection and really tasty...staff friendly all times to us...excellent value would recommend

Went here for a little stop off. The drinks are nice and are not too expensive. It is also a great place to watch the world go by Toilets are modern and there is free wifi but it is slow.

Que decir del Bar El Kiosket que no se sepa...y con esto ya está dicho todo... es un lugar agradable, tranquilo el personal que lo atiende lo más plus...

Sitio super bien para tomarse un café tranquilo y saben tratar la gente muy bien.
