Yesterday, I had my first brunch experience, and I was truly impressed by the level of interaction with the staff! The security team was exceptionally courteous, and the door host, Z, was incredibly friendly and kind. Overall, it made for a truly outstanding experience!

Wow loserville. Paid $45 to get in and then spent $50 in concktails, the bartender with the curly hair and a really bad BBL had the audacity to decline me a glass of water. Then she denied me when I asked to speak to her manager. I can’t believe I was not given a glass a water even after ordering a cocktail. What an awful experience. I will be contacting the better business bureau because why would that even happen at a business serving food and alcohol?!

I just wanted to leave my repudiation note, the security guard asked me to take off the sweatshirt, until then I thought it was about the review procedure, but then he informed that I should leave it in the car or deliver it to the attendant and I said that I would wear it, and to my surprise he said that the piece was not appropriate for the place, and that these were the rules. I drove for almost 40 minutes to celebrate my friend 's birthday and I couldn 't, because I had chosen, entered with the blouse i was underneath (which would definitely make me feel very uncomfortable) or I should leave... I called my friend and asked her to come to the concierge so I could give her a hug before returning home... and one of the guys from the parking service still tried to refuse to return me the amount paid for the car to be parked while I enjoyed the party I had to fight to get The value (derisory) ok. First time going here and i don’t know where tf the valet parked my car, probably in the jungle because I got small but deep-in the paint scratches in the front part of my new car. Have yall car parked in the front not in the back fyi

It’s a racism thing and it’s not a good place to visit if you’re black just go to your black club booboo cause you gonna regret coming here.
