So many of my orders end up in the trash I don’t know why a simple order can be wrong so many times. I see it correctly on the screen in the drive thru and you repeat it to me and still it’s incorrect. Today was it for me. Not going back. I asked for a small regular decaf and yes it was decaf but no sugar or cream. Hard to add when you’re on the road. You’re lucky I gave 1 star

Customer service needs improvement, but that is a reflection on the trainer and the person who trained them. Tim Hortons needs to treat their employees better and make sure they are happy or it reflects in the quality of their work. Maybe bring back mystery shoppers?
An average Tim's. The employees were friendly, and my order was done quickly. Good size dining room. Parking is minimal but there are two EV chargers in the back. Drive thru moves quick, unsure of the service though.
