Incredible brunch. We got the Hokkaido roll and the focaccia and they were unreal and beautiful. Coffee great as well

Only two options for breakfast, but the ham cheese croissant was so good it deserves five stars.

Upon our arrival to Toulouse, we needed a quick snack and a coffee to start the day. The coffee house worked beautifully to that end, providing homely welcome, attentive and competent service, and delicious food and drinks! The bowl was excellent, served with the most delicious hummus I have ever tried. The vanilla rice pudding (riz au lait) was superb, with slightly puffed, light texture and grains of real vanilla. The macchiato that followed served as an excellent finishing touch to the splendid meal. While light, the food was flavorful and surprisingly filling, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend the place to all coffee lovers and gourmands alike.

This place was like a rocket start for our Toulouse experience. and I don't just refer to the rocket-repelling espresso that I would rate with 5* on my espresso scale (and that's a rare thing.) pro tipp: if they have the chance and the calorie tolerance they try the cinnamon. delicious!
