It was a cool August day so there were no outside tables set up and we were relieved to be able to eat indoors. The place is spotlessly clean and the service very helpful and friendly. The menu du jour is great value, I had...the gallette comprising ham, cheese and a fried egg, followed by a honey pancake and then by a cup of tea. How English! My wife went for an onion gallette, accompanied by cider (taken in a tea cup). I also managed a 250cl pichet of white wine which was very tasty. The restaurant is just across from the St Sernin Basilica, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the side streets which fail to offer such splendid food and service. Oh to return on a sunny day or evening for another tasty treat!
Nice place to have a quiet lunch with the St.Sernin Church in view. shaded and quiet terrace, pleasant welcome, the service is a bit hesitant but with smile and good mood. Very good crepes and cakes. small price menu.
