La Topina - Toulouse

What a restaurant! Toulouse is a city rich in quality restaurant and the Topina is a major part of it. Sweet tapas with occitane aromas. Quality products and high-end service. The waitresses are very pleasant and can explain their products. I highly recommend. When I come back, I'll be back. Bravo the girls for this department upstairs.
