Le Comptoir des Possibles - Toulouse

In my opinion the best cafe in Toulouse! And I have tried most of them. Great drinks, great price and great work ambiance! I recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely coffee shop that is awesome for getting work done, meeting friends, and drinking great coffee.

We were looking to have a small bite and stumbled upon this small yet great place. The street is full with cheap restaurants and bars but this wine bar did catch our eyes for its atmosphere. We had a couple of glasses of different wines that we were unfamiliar with. Red and white from Gascogne and Gallac, and also a red whine from Beziers. All recommended by a nice guy who seems to know a lot about the wines he is serving. The food was just what we were looking for: some cheese, fresh bread, a variety of toast and serrano. All top-quality.

We sought out this wine bar based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. The wine was lovely and the friendly staff were on hand to offer advice and information on the selection. We also had a mixed ham and cheese board with the tapenade selection and it was delicious. It was great value and with the desserts ( banoffee pie for me and artisan chocolate flan for DH) it was enough to keep us satisfied all evening. We loved the place and I would recommend it to anyone in Toulouse.

We stopped for a glass of wine and a small plate of cheese ... small place but great in atmosphere. On basement level we were by ourselves but still an enjoyable experience. he wine was great, the cheese formidable and the host (a youngish boy) most helpful and welcoming. We asked whether he would open tomorrow (Dec. 30), which he does not. Pity, because we were ready to forgo a proper dinner to return.
