Les Filous Libanais - Toulouse

We ordered Les Filous Libanais on their website to take away to eat at home with friends. The rest, we ordered hallumi, chicken (very Lebanese as you can imagine... and falafels. In the mezzes there's nothing else, so here's the reason why we had to take chicken, eat and share without taking sandwiches (which in fact... don't have at all Lebanese air, but good. They give you half of a pita bread (which is not pita bread for each dip (humus, eggplant ... good. Let's say that a pita bread is equivalent to a dip, so we had to buy five more because... how do we eat the dips otherwise? Chicken and falafels is normal, because it is indicated on the menu and the falafel is fried, but the hallow... PANNE?? These gentlemen did not only travel to Lebanon, they did not learn about the kitchen and they score everything for a French audience. Apart from the fact that the wording does not correspond to their kitchen, the taste is not good (difficult to feel the difference between the fried chicken, hallumi and falafel . The caviar from eggplant to turmeric... does not taste eggplant or turmeric. Is a brown paste. Beet humus is rather yoghurt with beet juice. The chicken is dry, very dry. Falafels too. The pita bread too... We ordered desserts as well (brownie, banana: TRÈS LIBANAIS that we haven't eaten yet because we had a big stomachache. We all have (6 adults had a big stomachache during the night, see the next day. Reason that we didn't eat dessert, we didn't feel well. In short: €89.5 spent and a place where you will never return. Not us or our loved ones. Neither the Greek branch nor the Lebanese (for a Greek to offer humus is an insult to their Lebanese branch. I understand that it's a business, and for that it exists, but think a little about your values and your identity and sell you for nothing. You mask the French cuisine behind your dishes. It's really immoral.

Order on the book: the bowl was served without vegetables, only a large part of fries. Labne was also forgotten.
