L'Ouverture Restaurant Musical

Loved the culinary experience. The restaurant was nice and cozy. The food was delicious, everything was fresh and homemade including bread. The owner Santy is the cook and plays beautifully. I was mesmerized during the concert while I slept Sicilian wines. You treated my lactose-free diet. Very recommended. Rsvp needs to be opened for dinner only on Friday and Saturday. You also received a thank-you message from the owners on the following day!

Great atmosphere! Shortly after we received the delicious Sicilian starters, Santi began to play (or rather live his guitar). After the wonderful concert the delicious and very different Sicilian bufet was oppened. We have proposed a Sicilian wine for my girlfriend and one for me, and it was literally perfect for each one of us! Excellent food from Sicily great guitar music

It's a special place. the owner, santy, runs the restaurant, is a waiter and plays music for you. santy is a classic world-class guitarist, and it is worth going to the restaurant only for the concert he gives. santy gave me a cd of bach recordings when I left, and I can really see how excellent he is a guitarist according to the cd. In addition to this, Sicilian food is magnificent. the culminating point for me was antipasti, all from local sicial places. I strongly recommend this restaurant. the value ratio is exceptional. Moreover, santy and his team make you feel like a member of their family.

I was in the dark to celebrate my birthday for a long weekend. the opening was located near my accommodation and after talking to friendly staff several times, I decided to go there on the evening of my birthday. He was a whimsper, but I'm very happy with the decision I made. the owner of the Sicilian restaurant, the santi chef and guitarist and his team are very warm and welcoming. He is also an exceptional but very earth-to-earth musician. Please ignore the unfavourable critics of those who cannot recognize an accomplished musician when they see one. If you expect an inoffensive but fade background music, get rid of it. santi opts for a technically demanding repertoire of lyrical and/or contrapuntic pieces. (I'm told it's a different set-list every night) he's only one with his guitar. He received a standing ovation the night I attended. Before the show, a tasty aperitif is served to the guests to hold them to the delicious three-course meal after the concert.Superb quality music and food at a very reasonable price of 30 euros; What should we not like? A small warning: perhaps due to the success of the opening and the requirements of the two santi trades, the restaurant is only open from Thursday to Saturday evening and is closed for a while during the summer. there is a limited window to integrate it into your Toulouse itinerary, but it is strongly recommended to do so.
