Because of professional reason, I have frequented multiple restaurants for nearly 40 years and I can tell you that the mice of lamb that was served me at L 'APARTE is, no doubt, the best I could eat. In addition the boss and his wife are real nice characters and passionate about their profession, who hold the house to them both with extraordinary efficiency. Of course, the use of fresh products and work to two require a little time before being able to serve the customer.. Also, if you want to eat frozen product, in pocket or lunch in 10 minutes stop your way! Otherwise, run! Finally prices are particularly attractive (13 euros per dish) given the flavor of the dishes and their qualities. Finally, in this restaurant you will not have any unnecessary leg rounds on the part of the staff, nor superfluous staging of the dishes. But these things do not matter to me because the flavor of the foods and the human warmth of the people who prepare them suffice and delight both my heart and my stomach! MB62
We return regularly for business meals. The welcome is always perfect. Although calves eggs are a marvel, we only take dish-dessert that are always made home with fresh quality products. Today, it was the back of squirrel to bearnese, dauphinois and endive gratin. The fish is, as usual, very tasteful, as well as the sauce. The presentation in the plate is aesthetic. I would have liked to try the white-blue pork square that seemed appetizing; next time. For dessert, overdose chocolate cream was perfect for chocolate lovers.... Long to come back.
