We were just passing by and booked a table. Welcome with a smile and deep goodness. A serious and generous kitchen, the dishes are hearty, arrive at good temperature and its excellent. A generous entrance of foie gras, lacks a touch of salt flower for me. The just divine dishes sauces, a sweet meat and Saint Jacques to perfection, the accompaniment of the dishes with the small gratin of dauphinois (excellent) and two small purées with taste, just a small dish on dessert, we took a raspberry (good) and a dome of chocolate. What a pleasant surprise the setting is charming the very nice menu of 26, 36, or 46 euros or the map. The dishes are very well finished the impeccable service and the staff very present and very pleasant. We had fun. I advise you and I'll be right back. Access with disabilities and it's better to book. The desserts are terrible. Thanks to the restaurateurs for this good time.

Very good traditional and local cuisine, with many places based in Roquefort for amateurs. Indeed, the hostel is located in Tournemire, close to the famous caves of Roquefort. The orchid hostel is an excellent choice for all visitors to the region looking to discover local cuisine, enriched by this legendary cheese. The service is quite friendly, with an old frame that is not devoid of charm, and a jazz swing music that corresponds to the theme quite. Just a small apartment for the service that can sometimes be a little long (we came several times) but if you are not in a hurry, you should have a good time.
