A very good experience on Fayence aerodrome!
Today lunch at the Vola to Sail. And there!!! There's no photo!!!! Discovery or rather rediscovery simply divine! Beef brochette/ gratin dauphinois, mostelle net/ risotto mushrooms... to fall on the ground!!! Smooth and tasteful, gratin succulent. Then a delicious tuna accompanied by a sublime dwarf butter. And the risotto... I don't find the words!!! A festival for sharp taste buds! So mostly don't go, otherwise I'll find a table next time! The welcome is always as friendly. Boss Eric likes to treat his clients, to receive them as if we were family. And he's right: every year we celebrate New Year's Eve with his team in Seillans or on the airfield. Good atmosphere; especially out of tourist season!
