Thoughtful, refined Christmas meal, fresh and light dessert, foie gras on panais mousseline excellent, pithiviers with 3 original poultry. Well-organized service. Missing atmosphere of festive spirit. But this meal will remain a good experience.

Tonight particularly disappointed compared to the other times. The pleasant welcome, however, when the boss isn't there the waitresses make their lives...We've changed formula compared to usual. The wait was long enough to order, we took a bottle of sparkling water, the waitress started serving the gentleman while the galantry presents the opposite. The entrance to the peanut salad, was banal the goat was soaked in an unidentified violet substance just a cut egg in 2, a cherry tomato cut in 2, 2 pieces of rillons and 2 doughnuts of black mud. The fish dish was better. Great dessert. Between two dishes, the cocktail waitress did not bother to serve at least a cocktail based on syrup and Smirnoff. The waitresses were not careful compared to the habit when the boss is present.
